The Meditations of My Heart

“May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.” Psalm 19:14

There has been so much bouncing around in my head and heart lately that I am overwhelmed by the seeming chaos of it all.  I feel like lately I just say whatever it is that’s on my mind at that moment whether or not it is in the context of the current conversation because in all reality, I’m not sure what else to do with all these thoughts.  Perhaps that’s a good reason to start blogging again.

On the other hand, it is my prayer that God would bring clarity.  I find myself praying over and over again: “Lord, what is the one big thing you are trying to show me right now?  Bring clarity, please.” And so, as I once again begin this journey of blogging, this is my prayer:

“May the words of my blog, and the meditations of my heart be pleasing in your sight, oh God.”
